What happens after I subscribe?

You will fill out a short survey that will help the designer understand your needs. After filling out the survey, you will be asked to upload pictures of the space you are interested in redesigning. When we receive the survey and photos, you will receive a confirmation email from Hartwell Design and a time frame of when you can expect results from the designer.

The more expansive your project the more time the designer will spend evaluating your needs and developing options.

Can I bargain hunt online with your recommendations or am I required to purchase through Hartwell Design?

For purchasing and bargain hunting, we prefer to find the items we suggest, and then you can bargain hunt as much as you like.

What happens to my personal information and pictures once the project is over?

Hartwell Design does not share or sell your personal information. Your information and pictures remain in our secure main file system so we can easily access your information for the next project you do with us. We pride ourselves on delivering results that keep our customers coming back.

In-home consultations and measurements are charged at a flat rate of $49.95 an hour with a one hour minimum.
